PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device allowing an inner joint of a wheel bearing part and an outer joint member of a constant velocity joint part to be firmly connected and integrated through a welding means. SOLUTION: Rolling elements 3 are built in between an outer member 2 and an inner member 3 of a wheel bearing part 1 connected to a knuckle and between the outer member 2 and an outer joint member 21 of a constant velocity joint part 20 to rotatably support the inner member and the outer joint member 21. The inner member 3 is provided with an axial insert hole 9, and a shaft part 30 to be inserted in the insert hole 9 is formed at the outer joint member 21. A fastening member 40 formed of low carbon steel is fitted to the tip part of the shaft part 30 and fixed to the shaft part 30 by welding to prevent a weld crack from being formed at the shaft part 30, and the inner member 3 is provided with an engaging part 12 axially engaged with the fastening member 40 to prevent the slip-off of the shaft part 30.
