PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly position moving walls by providing a stopper device so that the rear sash pulley of the last moving wall arranged on a partition rail is not moved along an extracting rail. SOLUTION: When moving walls are moved from an extracting rail to a partition rail, the rear pulley of the last moving wall proceeds on the extracting rail side at the branch section of a curve travel type moving partition. If the shielding plate 11 of a stopper device is provided at this point on the extracting rail side, the moving walls are correctly positioned. In the stopper device, a screw shaft 15 is rotated by the rotation of a motor 17 via a joint 18 and a gear box 14, a nut 19 screwed to the screw shaft 15 is vertically moved, and the shielding plate 11 is vertically moved via a connecting plate 20 fixed to the nut 19. The shielding plate 11 of the stopper device is normally lifted, and the moving walls can straightly proceed at the branch section along the extracting rail.
