PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the small diameter of a beam cross section by attaching a steel pipe-made band having a small diameter part on a pile head part to be constructed by cast-in-place concrete and reducing stress due to bending moment transmitted from the pile head part to a foundation beam. SOLUTION: An inverted funnel-like steel-made band 4 having a small diameter part (d) and a taper part 4a is attached to the head part (a) of a foundation pile 1, the connection part of a foundation pile 1, a foundation beam 2 and a column 3 is not in a complete restraint rigid joining state, and made the pin joining state of a degree of restraint of zero. Thus, high durability and stiffness (toughness and deformation capability) are displayed due to confined effect by a steel-made band 4 and the buckling suppression effect of the steel- made band 4 by concrete. Even when large horizontal force acts on the pile head part (a), the bending moment of the end of the pile head part (a) due to the horizontal force is not larger than the case of the rigid joining state of complete restraint. Thereby the cross section of the foundation beam 2 need not be enlarged more than necessary, and execution and economy can be improved.
