PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a stone pavement sidewalk by smoothly arranging natural stones or imitation stones on the surface of a trapezoid concrete block, and to use the same blocks for a curved portion and a linear portion of the sidewalk. SOLUTION: Sidewalk board blocks 10 which are mass-produced in a factory is employed, and a surface for placement is smoothed, whereby the sidewalk board blocks 10 are mounted thereon. In this case, if a sidewalk 30 linearly extends, the blocks 10 are arranged in an alternately inverted manner with long sides 1c of the respective blocks 10 being connected together, and a short side 1a of the block 10 is aligned to a short side 1b of the adjacent block 10. If the sidewalk 30 is curved, the short sides 1a, 1b are arranged on the same side of the sidewalk 30, which enables formation of a curved portion. Further, a joint of the blocks 10 and depressions among natural stones 2 may be filled with sand or joint gravel to make the height flush, which leads to easy walking. In this manner, the sidewalk board blocks 10 can be mass-produced in the factory, and only one type of a form for production is required, which leads to improved productivity of the board blocks.
