PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool eliminating the waste of labor and time and convenient for taking out the soil of a hole, while conventionally an unnecessary large hole is dug because it is difficult to take out the soil as it becomes deep in the case when a hole for burying a pile, a pole or the like is long, narrow and deep. SOLUTION: A dust taking-out scoop is made so that much soil is scooped, and connected by a holder and a connection fitting 3 so that the scoop rotates. When it is inserted in a hole in a straight state, the dust taking-out scoop 2 clearly scoops the soil of the bottom of the hole by pulling a grip 6 connected by the dust taking-out scoop 2 and a steel rod 4. Support plates 7, 8 are attached for the shaking prevention of the dust taking-out scoop.
