PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily polish the whole surface of a blade surface along the shape by arranging a slice piece separation guide part having a guide surface smoothly continuing along the blade surface on a cutter in a meat slicer for slicing meat sent out by material conveyors by the rotating cutter. SOLUTION: A meat slicer has upper/lower conveyors 4, 5 driven by a driving mechanism to slice a material in a prescribed thickness by sending out the material at a prescribed pitch toward a rotating cutter 1 by the conveyors 4, 5 rotating in a state of sandwiching the material (meat) from above and below. In this case, the cutter 1 is formed by integrally arranging a slice piece separation guide part 10 provided with a guide surface 9a smoothly continuing at the same inclination along a blade surface 8a when the blade surface 8a is formed as a smooth surface inclining at a proper angle from the tip of the cutter. Thus, the whole surface of the blade surface 8a can be stably polished along the shape.
