PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal molding die for integrally molding a molding product having a mesh and/or a rib without causing shortshots and for surely releasing the molding product from the die, and a manufacturing method thereof, a metal molding method for surely injecting a molten metal in a molding die having narrow grooves in a short time, and a metal molding method for simply and surely releasing the molding product from the die after the molten metal is injected and solidified. SOLUTION: A mesh and/or rib portion of a die is formed by an air permeable member insert die 21, and concave grooves for the mesh and/or rib are formed to the air permeable member insert die 21. Then, the surface 21a of the air permeable member 21 where concave parts 22 and 23 are not formed, is blocked, and then the pressure in the die is reduced before the molten metal is injected. Under the pressure reduction condition, air is sprayed after the molten metal is solidified so as to blow the molding product.
