PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an orifice plate of optional size and shape. SOLUTION: Both orifices 42, 44 and ink chambers 60, 62 are demarcated. The orifice plate 40 can be constituted so that one chambers 60 is deeper than the other chamber 62 (as needed, wide and long in the same manner). An electromagnetic irradiation (ultraviolet ray, or the like) is used for demarcation of an annular part. By changing the strength of the electromagnetic irradiation over the area of the orifice plate 40, a orifice can be produced of different sizes and shapes according to usage of a mask.
