PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor vent structure with an underfloor vent integrated with a sill, easy execution and improved durability of a concrete foundation. SOLUTION: A top surface plate 13 and a bottom surface plate 14 formed of a metal are horizontally arranged with a clearance in the vertical direction, two support plates 15a, 15b are arranged in the longitudinal direction with a clearance in the horizontal direction at an intermediate part of the top surface plate 13 and the bottom surface plate 14, and integratedly joined with the top surface plate 13 and the bottom surface plate 14, an underfloor vent support piece 12 having an opening part 19 is formed between the support plates 13, 14, one sides of wooden sill members 3a, 3b separate in the right-to-left direction are inserted between the top surface plate 13 and the bottom surface plate 14 on the right and left sides of the support piece 12, and integratedly fixed thereto by bolts 17, and a wire net 8 is fitted to the opening part 19 to form an underfloor vent 27.
