PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply-constituted and inexpensive system for lumber suspension of a client in bed that enables to suspend the client's waist and make the buttock lifted and that realizes an easy change of a diaper and an urinal while the client is in bed. SOLUTION: Each end of a lumber suspension bet 1 inserted under the waist of a client in bed is hanged on each end of a pair of a rewinding belts 15 and 16 as they can be detached. Each upper end of the belts 15 and 16 is respectively connected with a pair of rewinding drums 2 and 3 lied above a client in bed. Both the rewinding drums 2 and 3 are relatively rotated by a worm gear rotated by a manipulative handle 10 or a motor 24. Each end of the above-stated rewinding belts 15 and 16 respectively wound by equal length according to the relative rotation of both the drums 2 and 3, and then, each end of the belt 1 is suspended by equal length and so as to suspend the waist of the client and to lift up the buttocks.
