PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition by using barley Shocu distillation liquid residues as raw material, and to provide a method for producing such a composition. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by the following process: a solid/ liquid separation of barley Shochu distillation liquid residues as a byproduct in the barley Shochu production is conducted to collect barley laesura with tocotrienol adsorbed thereto, and the barley laesura thus collected are dried and ground. The other objective method is intended for producing such a composition as described above.
