PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin lotion having excellent effect in softening and removing the keratin. SOLUTION: This skin lotion features comprising 5-90 wt.% sage water. The sage water is a liquid prepared by the steam distillation of dried leaves of sage and e.g. 100 kg of sage water is obtained by the steam distillation of 1 kg dried leaves of sage. The sage is the plant of the Labiatae belonging to the genus Salvia glabrescens, has the Japanese name of the medicinal salvia and the scientific name of Salvia officinalis L., and is mainly produced in the Mediterranean Sea coast. |
