PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mother's milk pad formable into a totally three- dimensional domed shape having excellent shape retention without heat treatment. SOLUTION: In this mother's milk pad having formed a main body 18 obtained by laminating an absorption body to absorb a liquid to a waterproof material 11 arranged outside the absorption body, elastic members 17 are arranged at both side edge sides of the main body, respectively. The mother's milk pad has recessed channels 16 laid inside the arranged position of each elastic member 17 and in the extension direction A of each elastic member 17.
