PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items by providing a single detecting means detecting the operation states of the right and left travel levers longitudinally rockably and pivotally fitted in a driver's cab. SOLUTION: A limit switch 62 serving as a single detecting means detecting the operation states of the right and left travel levers 11 is provided. When an alighting/boarding interrupting lever is set to an interrupt state, a travel lock cable 30 is set to a pushed state, a rod section 55 fixed to the arm section 56 of a lever member 52 is located at the position X1 and is set to an unfitting state with fitting sections 64 formed on the lower end faces of extension sections 51, and the levers 11 and extension sections 51 are set to a longitudinally rockable state. When the levers 11 are operated forward, the extension sections 51 are rocked backward around a rocking shaft 15, the rod section 55 is pressed downward to the inclined face of a shoulder section 65 against the elastic force of a helical spring 58, an operation section 53 pushes the contact piece 63 of a switch 62, and the switch 62 outputs an output signal to a control means, thereby only one detecting means is enough, and the number of part items can be reduced.
