PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure and method for easily performing a piping from the lower side of the floor of a building into a wall body in a satisfactorily settled state. SOLUTION: In this structure, a connecting pipe 31 having both ends worked so as to be connectable with other pipes is housed in a box 32, one end of the connecting pipe 31 is opened above the box 32, and the other end is opened under the box 32. The box 32 is fixed to a horizontal member such as a sill 1 or a floor in such a manner that the upward opened end is located within a wall body 1 and the other is exposed to the lower side of the floor. At this time, when a floor panel 2 is supported so as to be placed on the horizontal member, the floor panel 2 is cut out so as to conform to the dimension of the box 32, and the box 32 is fitted and fixed to the cutout part. Pipes 21, 23 arranged on the lower side of the floor and pipes 22, 24 arranged within the wall body are connected to both ends of the connecting pipe 31 by use of adaptors 25, 26, 27, 28, respectively.
