PURPOSE: Provided is a resin composition for forming a coated film excellent in ultraviolet curing property, and a method for producing double-coated film excellent in ultraviolet curing property by using the composition. CONSTITUTION: The composition consists of 40-80 weight parts of ester acrylate based resin; 20-60 parts by weight of one selected from reactive diluents consisting of butyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate, and N-vinyl pyrrolidone; 1-5 parts by weight of methacrylic acid compound as an adhesive promoter; and 2-5 parts by weight of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl propane-1-ketone photoinitiator, based on the total 100 parts by weight of the acrylate based resin and the reactive diluents. The method comprises the steps of (i) coating the composition to sheet iron to form a underlying film, and (ii) coating an existing curing resin composition onto the underlying film to form a top film.
