PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject vaccine easy-to-handle, providing general-purpose properties applicable for prevention of recurrence, inhibition of metastasis and treatment of tumor, having high antiumor effect by making the vaccine include a specific fine particle prepared from a solidified tumor material and cytokinin. SOLUTION: This vaccine comprises (A) a fine particle prepared from a solidified tumor material selected from the group consisting of a tumor tissue, a tumor cell and their components, (B) at least one kind of cytokinin and/or a cytokinin derivative (sustained-release cytokinin is preferably as the cytokinin, to be concrete, granulocyte/macrophage colony stimulation factor and/or interleukin 2, etc., may be cited) and, if required, further (C) an adjuvant (e.g. bacterial preparation, bacterium component preparation, natural polymer/ synthetic adjuvant preparation, etc.). |
