PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject method for improving the quality of a raw laver product by regulating the ratio of the number of revolutions of the rotating shaft of a knife to that of a screw shaft to regulate the processing degree of raw laver sheets. SOLUTION: This method comprises the following practice: collected crude algae are washed and roughly cut, and then, correspondingly to the quality of raw laver, the feed pressure inside a mincer and the rate of revolutions of a knife are regulated individually; wherein the respective driving forces for the feed pressure inside the mincer and the rate of revolutions of the knife are afforded by individual motors, and the numbers of revolutions of the respective motors are made steplessly variable. |
