<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely treat waste by a method except incineration or reclamation by charging the waste and a solution in a dissolving tank to dissolve the waste and neutralizing the waste solution after the dissolution with the addition of a neutralizing agent. SOLUTION: A cap plate 9 of the dissolving tank 1 is opened and the waste such as waste tire, waste paper, waste cloth is charged into a charge stand-by chamber 12. Next, the cap plate 9 is closed, the dissolving chamber 1 is tightly closed and an automatic opening and closing plate 13 of the charge stand-by chamber 12 is opened to drop and dip the waste into the solution 7 in the dissolving tank 1. After the dissolution is completed, a stop valve 17 of a supply pipe 16 of a neutralizing device 3 is opened and sodium hydroxide of the neutralizing material 14 is charged into the solution 7 in the dissolving tank 1. The neutralized waste solution in the dissolving tank 1 and a gas neutralizing tank 18 is taken out from respective discharge valve 8, 26 and wasted.</p> |
