PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce motive power by leaps and bounds, improve the efficiency of a turbine equipment and miniaturize an exhaust air disposing system. SOLUTION: In a closed cycle turbine device 3 which has a compustor 1 and a turbine 2 and wherein the exhaust air of the turbine 2 is introduced into the compustor 1, the combustion gas to be sent to the compustor 1 can be sent to the compustor 1 using the steam obtained by pressurizing condensed water by the liquid phase by means of a water supply pump 10 and the CO2 gas vaporized by a CO2 extracting and liquefying plant 12 without using a compressor which consumes motive power much, enabling the reduction of motive power leads and bounds, the improvement of the efficiency of the turbine equipment and miniaturization of an exhaust air disposing system.
