PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to provide a turbulent flow generating structure on a surface positioned in a cavity and other surfaces which cannot approach with ease. SOLUTION: A product including turbulent flow generating material which is joined to the surface of a base body by cement like brazing filler alloy is disclosed. In an embodiment, the turbulent generating material includes a particulate layer comprising discrete alloy particles having average grain size ranging from about 125 to 4000 microns. In another embodiment, a method to give a turbulent flow structure and a product to form a turbulent flow structure are disclosed.
