PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soft non-woven fabric excellent in softness and abrasion fastness, and suitable for a hygienic material such as a disposable diaper, and the disposable diaper made from the same. SOLUTION: This soft non-woven fabric is constituted by fibers consisting of a resin containing a propylene/ethylene random copolymer having 4.0-10.0 mol% ethylene content, as a main component, and has <=10 KOSHI value and <=0.2 mg/cm2 amount of piling generation in its abrasion test. The back sheet of a disposable diaper is provided by adhering the soft non-woven fabric with e.g. a moisture-penetrating film.
