PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel device capable of easily executing pinup without deteriorating the rigidity of the whole panel. SOLUTION: Frames 10a to 10d are fitted to the peripheral end edges of a plate 9 and the frames 10a to 10d are connected to each other via connecting means 12, 15 and 22 to constitute a frame. Thus, since the peripheral end edges of the plate 9 are inserted into recessed grooves and the back and forth movement of the plate 9 is regulated, the rigidity of the plate 9 whose strength is comparatively low is enhanced.
