PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform binding work of reinforcements in a short time by simple operation by arranging a shaft-like rotary piece having a spiral groove in an outer peripheral part and installing a C-shaped hook on the tip in a cylindrical fixing piece having a cutout part for transmitting one-way rotation on an inner wall so as to freely rotate and advance/retreat. SOLUTION: A rotary piece 2 of a binding tool 1 has a shaft 4, a C-hook 5 and the like, and a male screw part 5A of the C-hook 5 threadedly engages with a female screw part 4A of the shaft 4 to stop rotation by a nut 6. A spring receiver 7 is installed in a lower part of the shaft 4 by a bolt 8. A spiral groove 4B is arranged on the outer periphery of the shaft 4, and a projecting part 14 arranged on an inner wall of a cylinder 13 is engaged with this spiral groove 4B to impart torque to the shaft 4. A fixing piece 3 connects cylinders 10, 11 by a connecting screw 15. The rotary piece 2 normally exists in a retreat position by a spring 9, and when puling the fixing piece 3 to this side by hooking the hook 5 on this side of a ring-shaped wire, the rotary piece 2 rotates to twist the wire. Reinforcements can be bound in a short time by this plural- time operation.
