PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a speed sprayer from generating an impediment to sealability, etc., caused by the lifting of the middle part, in the extension direction, of a nozzle side halved part or an anti-nozzle halved part, that is, a semicircularly curved band packing or an O-ring from a nozzle pipe at a fitting position where the nozzle side halved part or the anti-nozzle side halved part is turned round toward the recessed side of a generating line of the nozzle pipe, wherein a metallic holder can freely adjust a fitting position to the nozzle pipe in the circumferential direction of the nozzle pipe within the movable range of the insertion part of the nozzle side halved part in a through hole for chemical liquid distribution. SOLUTION: A nozzle pipe 26 is made of a resin, and a clamped part 60 to be clamped by a nozzle side halved part 31 and an anti-nozzle side halved part 32 is elastically deformed by clamping pressure applied by the nozzle side halved part 31 and the anti-nozzle side halved part 32 to be almost straight, preventing a semicircularly curved band packing 33 or an O-ring 34 from lifting.
