PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the outlook of a headrest by forming a headrest cover in such a manner that the seams thereof are clean. SOLUTION: This headrest cover 10 is a bag-like headrest cover which constitutes the surface skin of the headrest to be mounted on a seat of an automobile. The headrest cover, thereupon, has a top plate 12 which continuously covers the front surface to the rear surface of a pad which is the component member of the heatrest, a frame member 14 which covers both flanks of the pad. The end edge of the top plate 12 and the end edge of the frame member 14 are sewn in a superposed state and this sewing portion H is pulled by tension imparting members 16 and 17 toward the central direction of the top plate 12. This sewing portion H, therefore, comes into tight contact with the top plate side at all times and the occurrence of a twist is averted with the headrest cover 1 is put on the pad.
