摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided which controls alkaline constituents in a blast furnace by analyzing a correlation between the operation factors and contents of the alkaline constituents through actual operation data after selecting operation factors that are easily controlled or managed in the routine operation of the blast furnace, and controlling the contents of the alkaline constituents in slag discharged based on the analyzed results. CONSTITUTION: The method for controlling alkaline constituents in a blast furnace comprises the steps of obtaining a correlational expression between the K2O content in slag discharged from the blast furnace and the theoretical combustion temperature by obtaining a theoretical combustion temperature and analyzing a K2O content in slag discharged from the blast furnace; and increasing the theoretical combustion temperature until a difference between a K2O content in charging materials for the blast furnace during blast furnace operation and a K2O content in slag obtained by substituting the theoretical combustion temperature to the correlational expression is the same as or less than a residual target K2O content in the blast furnace. The method for controlling alkaline constituents in a blast furnace comprises the steps of obtaining a correlational expression between the K2O content in slag discharged from the blast furnace and the ordinary temperature strength of coke by measuring an ordinary temperature strength of coke charged into the blast furnace and a K2O content in slag discharged from the blast furnace; and increasing the ordinary temperature strength of coke until a difference between a K2O content in charging materials for the blast furnace during blast furnace operation and a K2O content in slag obtained by substituting the ordinary temperature strength of coke charged into the blast furnace to the correlational expression is the same as or less than a residual target K2O content in the blast furnace.
