摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new nucleic acid fragment specimen having plural kinds of fluorescent substances bonding to a DNA chain, capable of being distinguished through wavelength of luminescence radiated from other fluorescent substances by energy transfer from one excited fluorescent substance and useful for determining a base sequence of nucleic acid or the like. SOLUTION: Nucleic acid fragment specimens 38, 39, 40 and 41 having plural kinds of fluorescent substances 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32 bonding to a DNA chain are disclosed and the nucleic acid fragment samples can be distinguished by wavelength of luminescence radiated from other fluorescent substances 29, 30, 31 and 32 by energy transfer from at least one excited fluorescent substance 28. The nucleic acid fragment specimens are capable of exciting plural fluorescent substances through a single laser radiation, distinguishing plural kinds of DNA samples, being detected in a high through-put analysis in high sensitivity and useful for determining a base sequence of a nucleic acid. The nucleic acid fragment specimens are obtained by performing a sequence reaction 37 using primers binding to different energy receptors corresponding to the kinds of the terminal bases of the nucleic acid fragments 33, 34, 35 and 36.
