PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition mixed with an anti-histamine agent having excellent administration feeling by formulating an antihistamic agent selected from ketotifen, epinastine and mequitazine with Echinacea. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by formulating (A) one or more anti-histamine agent selected from the group consisting of ketotifen, epinastine and mequitazine with Echinacea (e.g. Echinacea purpurea, Echinacea angustifolia, Echinacea pallida, Echinacea paradoxa, Echinacea tennesseensis, Echinacea sanguinea, Echinacea simulata, Echinacea atrorubens). The amount of the component B mixed is 10-2,000 pts.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. of the component A in the case of using ketotifen fumarate, 1.3-200 pts.wt. in the case of using epinastine hydrochloride and 5-100 pts.wt. in the case of using mequitazine as the component A. |
