PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pass urine and to evacuate the bowels in a lying face up on a bed for easily assisting nursing. SOLUTION: A patient or an aged person who is left lying on a bed is made to wear a pant 3. A pipe hose 4 is connected through a valve 7 and a joint 9 with a mouth for evacuating the bowels which is provided to this waterproof pant 3, and another end of the pipe hose 4 is connected with a dirty water tank 5. The dirty water tank 5 can be connected through a pipe to a sewer 6. Even when the patient who is left lying evacuates the bowels, excrement (urine and stool) are washed out by water or warm water to evacuate them to the dirty water tank 5. After evacuating the excrement, the private parts are dried by ventilating warm winds. |
