<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a technique for preventing the discharge of the gas containing the harmful substance, which is generated from a molten resin during injection molding in an injection molding field of conventional technique, to the atmosphere in order to solve a large social problem for preventing the discharge of the harmful substance, especially, incretion disturbing substance (environmental hormone) contained in a resin product to be generated therefrom. SOLUTION: Resin pellets supplied so as not to come into contact with moisture or gas generated when resin pellets are melted in the cylinder of an injection molding machine 26 are used to be subjected to injection molding. A gas discharge route body 71 wherein a filter 66 for preventing the discharge of moisture or gas generated in the resin melting process of the injection molding machine to the atmosphere is arranged is evacuated to pass the gas containing the dioxin substance discharged from the resin injected in a mold or melted in the cylinder of the injection molding machine through the filter.</p> |
