<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high quality recording at a low cost. SOLUTION: An image data input means 1 inputting image data, an image data correction means 2 correcting the image data to eliminate density irregularities in accordance with elements of a printer head 8, a comparison means 4 comparing the multiple data output of the image data correction means 2 with a reference level and converting to binary data, a data transfer means 5 transferring the binary data output of the printer head 8 to the printer head 8 as head data, a latch control means 6 latching printer head data, and a strobe control means 7 enabling the exposure of the printer head are provided, and on the basis of the result of output of the data transfer means 5, the latch control means 6 and the strobe control means 7, the printer head 8 is driven to form an image. Therefore, an inexpensive and uniform density image can be formed, and in addition, variations or the like among elements of the printer head can be corrected accurately.</p> |
