PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary installation which, with regard to a glazed running water surface represented by a bowl surface, increases stainproofness and cleanability, decreases a cleaning frequency and a cleaning load, and enables sanitary properties to retain over a long period by allowing water containing sodium citrate and/or potassium citrate to flow on the glazed running water surface. SOLUTION: Sodium citrate or potassium citrate is preferably impregnated into a solid matter, and is more preferably made into a slow soluble solid matter. The solid matter is used in arranging it at least at one place among a low-tank, a flush valve and a toilet pipe (a water pipe). According to action of sodium citrate and/or potassium citrate on a water running surface of a bowl surface or the like of toilet and a washbowl, the adhesive strength of a dry sticking fur to a base is weakened, and as a result, a dry sticking stain of a draft part in the toilet, a fur stain of a sticking stain or the like due to dry of remaining water from a hole of rim of discharging water or the like is hardly stuck and becomes to easily take it out.
