CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION OF ACRYLIC BMC AND PRODUCTION OF ARTIFICIAL MARBLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and continuously produce an acrylic BMC(bulk/molding/ compound). SOLUTION: In producing an acrylic BMC by mixing (A) an acrylic monomer with (B) an acrylic polymer and (C) an inorganic filler with a continuous kneader 8, the tip pressure of the continuous bender 8 has 300-1,500 kPa. Artificial marble is produced by using the acrylic BMC.
