PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dash board stiffener for a vehicle body for simplifying constitution to increase productivity. SOLUTION: A stiffner 3, for reinforcing a dash board for separating between the engine room of a vehicle body and a cabin, is composed of a platelike body, integrally formed of boss parts 13a, 13b, and 13c for providing female screw holes 15a, 15b, and 15c threadedly attached by a bolt for engaging a steering gear box, an acceleration pedal, and a brake liquid pressure generator (a master cylinder and a booster), by die-cast molding. Consequently a nut- assisted stiffener can be manufactured without through various processes such as machining, or press or weld working.
