PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress opening and closing vibration of a skirt part in a cylinder block by specifying a fastening portion on an engine of an engine mount bracket having a front side supporting position on a transmission side of a longitudinal direction center position of the engine. SOLUTION: In a power unit 1 which serially and successively connects an engine 2 disposed so as to direct a cylinder line direction to car body front and rear directions with a transmission 3, a propeller shaft 4 and a differential gear 5 toward a rear side of a car body, a transmission case 3a is coupled with a rear end face of a cylinder block 14 of the engine 2 and a rear wall surface of a lower block 15. An engine mount bracket 8 is fastened with side walls of the cylinder block 14 and the lower block 15 and an engine-transmission coupling part. At this time, a fastening portion of the bracket 8 in the engine- transmission part is set to a fastening boss part lower than of a fastening boss part on the engine block and a vibration suppression effect is obtained.
