PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a plate by providing an inner panel formed into a substantial L-shape from the plate and a modular panel made of the remaining plate after the inner panel is punched and overlapping and fixing both the panels each other by two edge parts of substantial L-shapes. SOLUTION: A substantially L-shaped inner panel 10 which has a lower part 11 and a rear part 12 and is opened in front and on an upper side is punched from a plate (t). A modular panel 20 is formed from the remaining plate after the inner panel 10 is punched. To fix the modular panel 20 to the inner panel 10, the modular panel 20 is moved by prescribed quantity to substantially L-shaped lower part 11 and the rear part 12 sides as compared with the punching time, two edge parts 21, 22 are overlapped on two edge parts of the lower part 11 and the rear part 12, the edge parts 21, 22 are fixed in the overlapped state and a door component is formed. In a front opening part of the inner panel 10, a hinge panel 30 is fixed. In an upward opening part, a sash assembly 40 is welded and fixed.
