PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a connection between a case of a blower which flows a cooling wind to a cold gate fin, and a heat dissipation plate with a simple structure, while performing a corrugate fin protection of a cooling device. SOLUTION: A blower 3, which blows a cooling wind to a corrugate fin 2, is arranged oppositely to the corrugate fin 2, while a blower case 4 is provided for covering the blower 3. At both lateral sides in the wave direction of the corrugate fin 2, leg parts are protrudingly formed integrally from the blower case 4 so that the blower case 4 and a heat dissipation plate are fastened by the elastic deformation of the legs. Thereby, the legs are made to cover both sides of the corrugate fin 2 in a wave direction, and protection of the corrugate fin 2 from the outer force can be achieved. Also, since the blower case 4 and the heat dissipation plate 1 are coupled due to the elastic deformation of the blower case 4, an assembling operation becomes easy.
