PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making magnetic liq. treating device with the penetration of water sufficiently suppressed and the water-proofing effect maintained semipermanently. SOLUTION: This magnetic liq. treating device consists of a pair of casings 2 to fit a liq. duct thereto in a clamping manner from the outside, and a recess 3 to be abutted on the duct is formed on each of the opposes faces of the casings 2. The casing 2 is composed of a box-shaped housing 4 having an opening 4A, a magnet 5-provided mounting member 6 to be set in the housing 4 and a lid 7 to close the opening 4A of the housing 4, the lid 7 is welded to the opening 4A of the housing 4 storing the magnet 5-provided mounting member 6, and the casing 2 is closed.
