PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a magnetic fluid activator to pipes of various sizes by attachably and detachably mounting metallic connecting plates, which are embedded or embedably set with bolts to their front and rear surfaces, respectively, and are provided with laterally slidable transversely long holes penetrated with the bolts in prescribed right and left positions, at the front and rear surfaces of a pair of magnets. SOLUTION: The front and rear surfaces of a pair of the magnets 2 having an arcuate constriction 2A sandwiching a water pipe 1 so as to enclose this pipe from the right and left at the central part on the inner side are formed as flat surfaces parallel with each other. The bolts 3 are previously fixedly embedded into the magnets 2 or the magnets 2 are previously provided with recessed holes having internal screws to be screwed to the bolts 3 and these holes and the bolts 3 are embedably set. Such metallic plates which nearly cover the front surfaces of a pair of the magnets 2 correspond to the metallic connecting plats 5 and are preferably formed to such a shape as to grasp the magnets 2 by slightly bending both edge in a transverse direction to a U shape. The transversely long holes 4 to be disposed at the metallic connecting plates 5 are preferably formed to the least possible width to allow the insertion of the bolts 3 and to the largest possible length at which the two light and left pieces may be disposed.
