PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to supply liquid B of a concentration stabler than the concentration in the conventional dissolving container. SOLUTION: The dissolving container 33 has a container body 33' which is used in an inverted state, a cap 55 which hermetically seals a mouth part 33A of this container body, an introducing pipe 43 as an introducing passage for supplying diluting water into the container through this cap and a discharge pipe 44 as a discharge passage which discharges the liquid B formed by a material B' for dialyzate preparation and the diluting water through the cap. The discharge port 43A of the introducing pipe 43 is positioned in the material for dialyzate preparation and the space in the upper part formed in the dissolving container 33.
