PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the arbitrary compensation pressure regardless of the control amount of a switching valve and to improve the simultaneous operatability by mounting an opening part capable of adjusting its opening in accompany with the movement of a switching valve, between a tank line and an auxiliary port, on a switching valve spool. SOLUTION: A switching spool 13 is provided with notches 22a, 22b for connecting hydraulic supply paths 12a, 12b to an intermediate chamber 14 in accompany with the movement of a switching spool 13, and notches 23a, 23b, 24a, 24b for communicating and connecting auxiliary ports 18a, 18b to cylinder ports 15a, 15b or tank ports 20a, 20b. A flow rate adjusting means 25 controls an opening A by a notch 36 mounted on a spool 26 in a state that a shoulder part 26 of the spool 26 is engaged with a spool hole 28 in accompany with the upward movement of the spool 26 against the repulsive force of a spring 27, for gradually reducing the opening A. Whereby the generation of an area of insufficient compensation can be prevented, and the simultaneous operatability of an actuator can be improved.
