PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry clutch facing formed to considerably suppress peculiar distortion caused by spiral winding and wear on the back face side caused by a cushion spring. SOLUTION: This dry clutch facing 5 is composed of facing material 7 comprising spirally wound roving 9, rubber impregnated in the roving 9, thermosetting resin and a friction improving agent; and reinforcing material 8 having a matrix formed of thermosetting resin and reinforcing fiber dispersed in the matrix, and jointed to the back face of the facing material 7 to come in contact with a cushion spring.
