PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of high-strength bolts, to reduce the machining and welding in a connection section, and to improve the execution property and economical efficiency by providing the connection section of a reinforced concrete column and a steel frame beam interior of the reinforced concrete column. SOLUTION: A connecting plate 14 is provided on the main reinforcements 13b of a reinforced concrete column 10, and the connection section to a steel frame beam 11 having a locking plate 15 is arranged an interior of the reinforced concrete column 10. When tensile force F1 is applied from the upper side than the center of the steel frame beam 11 and compressive force F2 is applied from the lower side than the center, the tensile force F1 is transmitted to the connecting plate 14 via a locking portion 15a and a clearance adjusting member and to concrete 12 via the locking plate 15, and the compressive force F2 is transmitted to the concrete 12 via the locking plate 15. The locking plate 15 and connecting plate 14 are not required to be connected with high-strength bolts, and the number of high-strength bolts used can be reduced to zero. Welding and other machining can be sharply reduced, and the execution property and economical efficiency can be improved.
