PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the greening effect of a dry artificial slope and landscaping effect by installing a concrete structure face on a wall face friendly to natural planting with regard to a concrete structure facial landscaping construction method and device thereof. SOLUTION: A form member divided into an arch top member 2, right and left side members 3, 3 and a bottom side member 4 is connected to a slope 1 to build up an arch from A, and the inside of the arch form is blocked through a blocking member. A longitudinally long retaining wall recess part B having a top part 20 having an arch at a top, right and left side parts 30, 30 and a bottom part 40 is formed on a sprayed layer 7 formed by leaving the arch form A and spraying concrete material, a wall planter 8 is fitted to the concrete retaining wall recess part B, and mounted on the bottom side part 40 to be fixed by an anchor.
