PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin a diameter of a nozzle hole, and to improve operability by equipping a gas-liquid mixing part for mixing air with a liquid medicine supplied from a liquid medicine supply port and supplying a mixed fluid to a passage of a tube. SOLUTION: A tube body 2 is inserted into a body cavity through a channel of an endoscope. At this time, the positional relationship between a tip part 3 of a liquid medicine atomizing tube 1 and an endoscope tip part can be known by graduations 8 arranged on the outer periphery of the tube body 2. Then, a syringe 5 for containing a liquid medicine is connected to a syringe connecting part 6, and a piston of the syringe 5 is pushed in. Then, the liquid medicine in the syringe 5 is injected into the tube body 2 of the liquid medicine atomizing tube 1. At the same time, air is taken in a lumen part from an air intake port 24 so that the liquid medicine and the air are mixed here. This mixed gas is sent out through a passage of the tube body 2 to be injected from an injection port of the tip part 3. Since the liquid medicine is mixed with the air, the particle size is reduced.
