PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate sufficient damping force even at the time of defective of control pressure of constituting a safety device by a pressure governor interposed between gas springs, in a device wherein two gas springs such as an air spring and the like is connected to the safety device. SOLUTION: In a safety device in relation to two air springs 91 which are provided in vibration dampers 1, 1 which are suitably mounted and used in each vehicular axle, each of one end sides of control conduits 93a, 93b connected to each of air springs 91 are connected to connecting parts s1, s2 of a safety device 95, and air pressure p1, p2 of the air spring 91 are transmitted. In the safety device 95, a shuttle valve is used to freely connect control pressure of larger one in control pressure p1, p2 by releasing a pressure output connecting part 101 to the vibration damper 1 by a valve element 99 held at a start position by means of springs 97a, 97b. It is thus possible to generate sufficient damping force even if one of control conduits 93a, 93b is damaged.
