PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts. SOLUTION: The motor covers 9, 10 of a motor 7 are penetrated to the annular part of a support member 16 for fixing the motor 7 for rotating and driving a blade 8. A front side case member 27 out of a pair of case members 27, 28 for coveting these motor covers 9, 10, a support member 16 and the motor covers 9, 10 are fixed in a lump by a common screw 51. A shaft which is the rotation center of the motor covers 9, 10 by an oscillation mechanism 5 is fixed on the support member 16.
