PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation to lock a shielding plate of an underfloor ventilation device in a closed condition, and the operation to maintain an opened condition thereof. SOLUTION: A shielding plate 10 is mounted on a body 1 having a vent 2 in a vertically changeable manner into a closed condition and an opened condition, and an operation lever 20 inserted from an operation lever insertion port 7 of the body 1 is connected to the shielding plate 10 in a vertically changeable manner A lock member 30 to be inserted in a lock member insertion port 26 of the operation lever 20 is turnably mounted on the body 1. When the shielding plate 10 is in an opened condition, a stopper 22 of the operation lever 20 abuts on the periphery of the operation lever insertion port 7 to hold the shielding plate 10. When the shielding plate 10 is in the opened condition, the lock member 30 is inserted in the lock member insertion port 26 and turned to lock the operation lever 20 and the shielding plate 10, accordingly.
