PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move without fatigue even long distance moving for a wheelchair, which travels with meander propulsion by driving with lower limb. SOLUTION: An opening and closing 1 has a pair of right and left swing wheel 4 with swinging property, and is connected with a connecting means to be U-shape. A lower leg input material 10 is set on the opening and closing 1. Making it possible to propel meanderingly with irregular interval of right and left swing wheel 4 by the lower leg input material (seat face or step). Then it is possible to swing with a handle 7.
